Aroma Magic Juniper Berry Oil Free Moisturizer Review

Being an oily skinned person selecting an appropriate moisturizer for my skin is a quite difficult task. So after researching a bit, I finally choose this Aroma Magic Juniper Berry Moisturizer.

I have a heard a lot of oily skinned people saying a big NO to moisturizers. As they tend to make the skin more oily and greasy leading to blockage of pores and breakouts. But a good moisturizer won’t, instead it will make your skin matte and at the same time properly hydrating it.

I had gone through my share of bad moisturizers that makes my skin more oily and acne prone. But I had not stopped using it; I just keep on searching a good one as I know how beneficial a good Moisturizer is to the skin! And finally I had found this oil free moisturizer; let’s see how it fared for me!!

Aroma Magic is an amazing brand which primarily makes aromatherapy inspired products. They have cleansers, scrubs, essential oils, face packs and much more for every skin type. The best thing is their products are Paraben free, alcohol free, not tested on animals, just natural aromatherapy products full of essential oils.

How to use:-

Gently massage the gel into your skin. For best results, use daily after cleaning, toning and oiling the skin. Use me morning and night or whenever your skin feels the need for extra care.

About the product:-

This Juniper Berry moisturizer is a transparent gel with a very light consistency almost like water. It is not thick and sticky like most gels and gets absorb very nicely in the skin. It has a very light and calming fragrance, I think of Juniper Berry, which lingers on the face for a few minutes.

My Experience with the Aroma Magic Juniper Berry Moisturizer:-

First of all this moisturizer is very light weighted, it gets absorbed in the skin wonderfully in just a minute or two.I apply it daily twice after cleaning and toning and it effectively keeps oil at bay for at least 5 hours, making my skin matte. I also love to add a drop of Black Seed Oil or Tea Tree Oil in it for extra benefits.

Since I started using it I can feel my skin soft and hydrated and it had even eliminated the dry patches from my skin.Being anti-inflammatory, it helps to heal my acne and keeps check on new one.

I have been using it from last 2 months and I think it works amazing on my skin, I don’t expect a moisturizer to lighter or brighter the skin. But it does that work effectively, not much but yeah I had surely seen some sort of the lighting effects on my skin over the time.As for blemishes I don’t have any but I think it will work on that also.

And as for its sun protection effect the SPF 15 is very low as per Indian weather, so I don’t think it will protect from sun rays, but you can always apply it underneath your sunscreen for extra protection.Only two pumps are required to cover the entire face, so I think the bottle will last at least 3 months.

Overall I love this moisturizer as it’s too light weighted and controls oil; I’m definitely going to repurchase it. It is even perfect for combination skinned beauties to matify the T zones, especially in summers. Also the oily skinned people who says no to moisturize should try it, you won’t be disappointed.
